Organic Saltmarsh Lamb

Red Bank Farm salt marsh lamb is organically reared to soil association standards on the marshes of Morecambe Bay where the Sheep and Lambs are allowed to graze freely.


The tide washed marshes support an abundance of salt tolerant grasses and herbs such as samphire, sparta grass, sorrel, sea lavender and thrift. These help to give the lamb it's tender texture and unique light flavour.


Our lamb is used through Archer's Cafe with specialities such as our Minted Lamb Burgers and Lamb Henry's.


It is also available seasonally from May to October to be purchased from the refrigerated display unit in Archer' Cafe as individual joints or cuts of meat, or for real value why not take a half or full lamb 


£65 for a half or £120 for a full lamb.
